Abstract
Pre-diagnosis of cataracts in dogs plays a crucial role in preserving the ocular health of these animals. Quickly identifying the presence of cataracts not only allows for proper treatment, minimizing vision impairment, but also significantly reduces the suffering of dogs. Additionally, efficient pre-diagnosis of cataracts enables early interventions and appropriate treatments, contributing to the conservation of ocular health and enhancing the quality of life for affected dogs. The proposed project aims to develop an application that offers an accessible and rapid solution to this challenge, utilizing a neural network for efficient pre-diagnosis of cataracts in dogs. The results obtained indicate that the application is effective and accessible, providing a reliable pre-diagnosis of the disease in dogs. This advancement represents a significant contribution to proper treatment and the promotion of canine ocular health, comprehensively addressing the needs of veterinary clinics.
